All image measurements are indicative only. Measuring and positioning tasks are carried out under your own responsibility.
For accurate measurements, images must be calibrated using a reference object of known length.
For panoramic images, calibration and measurement are only rough guides that apply only to the immediate vicinity of the calibration.
You can use measurements to calculate the distances or angles between points on an image.
A radiological image is a two-dimensional image of a three-dimensional object, and measurements may be subject to errors. It is recommended that you do measurements or drawings with predetermined length values only on calibrated images. Doing this on an image with no calibration information requires use of a reference segment of known length.
